Biogas + AminSelect = Biomethan

You want more? Let‘s take
the next step forward together.
You are producing biogas in your
fermenters. This means the first
step towards biogas utilisation has
already been made. Your biogas can open up another commercial avenue for you: the purification of biogas to be fed into the existing gas grid.
This is the route for biomethane that has been produced decentralized or locally, to be utilised centrally by way of sensible heat utilisation for example through combined heat power plants on natural gas basis.
AminSelect purification was developed by us in order to be able to offer you a holistic commercial concept that is capable of creating a new economic source of income for your operation.
Our new method enables you as a biogas plant operator to generate maximum income with a minimum use of energy.
You have a steady buyer for your biomethane: the existing gas grid, to which you can permanently feed.
Without external guidelines or regulations you can use the existing gas grid as a storage unit.
Biomethane demand is growing steadily.
Usage possibilities are:
•
Payment for bioenergy power
generation in accordance with
EEG (plus purification bonus in
accordance with EEG 2012 up
to 0.03 Euro)
•
Biomethane is a highly efficient
biofuel, making structures and
sophisticated automotive technology
•
Biomethane is accounted for
the fuel quota
•
Biomethane is added as an additive
to natural gas to reduce
CO² – the so-called „Green
Gas“

Through its innovative process AminSelect is setting new standards in product gas purity
•
CO2 depletion of up to 99.9 %
and therefore minimal LPG requirement
necessary
•
CO2 percentage in the product
gas only 0.05 % – 6 % freely
selectable
•
Methane slip < 0.1 %
•
Downward pressure free plant
up to 3.5 bar (g)
•
No further compaction in low
pressure and medium pressure
grids necessary
•
Plant sizes from 350 Nm³/h –
2000 Nm³/h raw gas
In 2011 we were awarded the „Innovation Prize Biogas Partner 2011“ from DENA, the German Energy Agency. This award confirms us in our mission to steadfastly pursue technological progress in renewable energies through research and development.
